Today is International Women's Day so it is appropriate that we mention an initiative by Steaz, a well-known organic and Fair Trade beverage company, which seeks to empower women.
The program, called Social, Environmental and Economic Discovery (or SEED), uses a three-dimensional model of giving. Steaz will make available grants, products as well as mentoring to women who have done outstanding work in the community.
